Who we are
KJey Consulting is an operations and AI advisory practice based in Ontario, Canada. Kenneth is responsible for how personal information is handled here. Questions or requests: kenneth@kjeyconsulting.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name and email, plus anything else you choose to share (phone, business name, website, team size, how we can help, and your message).
- Arranging a call: the meeting time we agree by email, kept as a calendar invitation.
- Emails you send: whatever you include.
- Site statistics: anonymous, combined counts such as page views and the site you came from. No cookies, and nothing that identifies you.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and send you a copy of what you submitted.
- To arrange, prepare for and hold a call you've asked for.
- To keep a simple record of enquiries so nothing gets missed.
- To understand, in general terms, which pages are useful.
We send occasional tips by email only if you tick the box asking for them, and every one of those emails includes a way to unsubscribe. We never sell or rent your information.
Where it's stored
Form submissions, call invitations and emails are kept in KJey Consulting's Google Workspace account (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Calendar). Google may store this data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
The site uses Cloudflare for spam protection on the form (Turnstile) and for anonymous site statistics (Web Analytics). The site is hosted by a web hosting provider that processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages securely.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Withdraw consent to tips emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Email kenneth@kjeyconsulting.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Safeguards
Access to your information is limited to KJey Consulting, protected by two-step verification on our accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
